NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a set of tools based on modeling successful people in all walks of life and has been around since 1976. The central concept is based on our language and behavior developing from our experiences and perceptions of the world. Language and communication skills are essential for leaders. After years of modeling great communicators NLP builds significant sets of skills in this area and all can be learned.
