Analyze the competition


Analyze our competition and what is the relative strength of each of our direct competitors allows us to obtain very important information to assess our competitiveness, present and future. Since our competitive atanto bas not whether we are more or less strong and well organized, but how we are perceived by the market of all the existing supply alternatives.

The purpose of competitive analysis is to compare the positions and factors which we must be very careful to stay on the competitive struggle for the market they serve.

This way we can detect if our position allows us to enjoy a more advantageous position, or, conversely, whether we should turn around our current situation and take any decision or change of attitude.

For this test from our competitors is necessary to determine all the factors that underlie the buying criteria of customers in that market in each of the areas of the company difrentes: Marketing and trade - Production - Administration - Technology

On each of the factors identified, should indicate whether the relative position of each of its competitors taken into consideration is better or worse than the position of our company and why.
