The word strategy comes from the Greek Strategus (Stratos = army ageúr = driver) driver means armies. The art of the General.

This is equally applicable to any organization. The purpose of a good strategy is to be in the right place at the right time and with adequate resources to win.
The key to a good strategy is the position.
What it really means to establish a good strategy is to make it possible to be in the best position to achieve a goal or set of objectives.
Do we mean by Strategic Planning.
The coaching is very suitable systems perspective to understand and learn how to design the participatory Strategic Planning. It is part of its essence and learning system. The focus of their processes is essential to establish and, above all, apply with valid scores.
We understand that strategic planning is participatory inquiry, making
awareness and designing the best possible strategy to coordinate and sustain the priority actions to achieve the shared vision of the organization or team. Evidence can also be for one person.

Although many stop learning once they have graduated, people are truly learn to cultivate inquiry and reflection in action, the ability to reflect our thinking as we act.
Connecting all
When an organization discovers transcends self-interest has no power to run narrow. Those committed to a broad purpose come to have more ambitious goals. Achieve connectivity with others, with their environment, with the whole. And this gives them a sense of compassion characteristic of people high level of self-control.
The genuine and sincere sense of serving others, and therefore shared vision, has great power, can be key to find and alternative positions.
