As Exercising the PC muscle Squatting To Avoid

In the contraction phase, to start counting to 10, you must go gradually increasing PC muscle tension, as in the relaxation phase, the PC muscle strain has to be progressive, until they reach 10 the muscle is totally relaxed.
Following week.
At this point, you must have a strong PC muscle toned. Now it's about not losing that tonacidad. For that you have to practice any of the exercises from previous weeks, so varied and often throughout the week.
