How to Manage Emotions With Psych-K
Our behavior, our reactions to external stimuli, are governed by emotions, as we feel, and behave.
The Psych-K is a technique that can help with managing emotions.
Imagine for example you had an interview for a new job. You have good mood and when you leave home, your mother or your partner, you say:
"Now do not be nervous and will pass as the last time you ended up not got the job because you did a lousy interview, you did not know to keep up ..."
Case and do not leave your house but ... after a few minutes start to get angry, thinking about what you have said, are becoming increasingly angry, how dare you say this? And last but not least, you think maybe you're right, it's your fault, maybe you're not prepared enough ....
Managing your emotions are out of control!
Below are the beliefs emotions.
If any of your subconscious memories or experience of the past is the belief that you're not good enough or give you bad job interviews, you have a good chance you do not get the job you so desire.
In a Psych-K session will learn to transform negative beliefs such other limitations that will bring positive benefits.
Once constructed the sentence of the new belief I act as facilitator in a process called "Balance" which replaces the old belief with a new one.
For example, if negative beliefs are:
"If you try to access a new job sure I go wrong"
"I'm sure I'll fail again"
We build new phrases like:
"I deserve this new job"
"I am confident in my abilities to do this interview"
"I trust the decisions I make"
Techniques of Psych-K will help establish contact between your two brain hemispheres, creating the right circumstances to communicate with your subconscious mind and change the old belief! It's that simple!
This technique can be performed remotely, via a Skype session for example, and you will be back managing your emotions!
